Sichuan Ni&Co Guorun New Materials Co., Ltd. (GRM) was registered in January of 2005 in Pengshan County. In July of 2007, GRM successfully introduced the investment capital of USD40 million from top 500 enterprises in the world - Morgan Stanley and WalMart. Then GRM became the first strategic partner in the west part of China. In 2008, GRM cooperated with such famous enterprises in China as Guangdong Ifirst Group, Fujian Sany Group and Ningbo Fuding, financed with RMB 270 million. At present, the registered capital of GRM is USD29,292,900. We own RMB1.8 billion of assets. There are more than 4,500 staff members and workers striving in GRM and our subsidiary companies.

Integrated with research, production and marketing, GRM is focusing on the comprehensive utilization of recycling resources and exploitation of non-ferrous metal ores. We have large or medium Zn, Pb and Li ore, lithium plants, recycling melting plant for Cu, Co and Ni, research center and marketing firms. The capacities for Li products made from spodumene and Ni products are the top, and we are the second producer in China. Our achievements embody not only on lithium, like synthesis of rechargeable Li-ion battery anode materials, Li production techniques, separation of Li from other non-ferrous metals and distill Li from saline brine, but also on comprehensive utilization of Li resource and producing Ni metal (according to GB/T 6516-1997) from laterite by hydrometallurgy techniques. Some of them have achieved the international advanced level and obtained several national patents.
